FREEDOM PRIVATE ID PMA

MASTER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

(Private Membership + Private Notice + Security Agreement)


I. PARTIES

I.I. This Agreement is entered into voluntarily between:

FREEDOM PRIVATE ID PMA,an Unincorporated Private Membership Association operating under the Freedom Sovereign Private Structure,(hereinafter referred to as the “Association”)

and

Member Name: __________________________(hereinafter referred to as the “Member”)


II. PURPOSE

II.I. The purpose of this Agreement is to:

  1. Establish a private voluntary membership

  2. Define identification and administrative services

  3. Provide internal support and structure


III. VOLUNTARY MEMBERSHIP

III.I. The Member:

  1. Applies voluntarily

  2. Accepts private membership status

III.II. Upon acceptance, the Member may receive:

  1. Membership Identification Card

  2. Freedom Identification Number (FID)

  3. Internal Record Number (Non-UCC Reference)

  4. Membership Certificate

  5. Access to private services


IV. SERVICES

IV.I. The Association may provide:

  1. Private identification issuance

  2. Administrative recordkeeping

  3. Membership support services

  4. Informational and consulting services (non-binding)

IV.II. All services are:

  1. Private

  2. Non-governmental

  3. Administrative


V. PRIVATE CAPACITY

V.I. The Member participates:

  1. Voluntarily

  2. In a private contractual capacity

V.II. All interactions are:

  1. Private

  2. Contractual

  3. Non-public


VI. NON-UCC PRIVATE RECORD SYSTEM

VI.I. The Association maintains internal records including:

  1. Freedom Identification Number (FID)

  2. Non-UCC Record Number

  3. Verification ID

VI.II. These records are:

  1. Private

  2. Internal

  3. Not public filings



VII. IDENTIFICATION DISCLAIMER

VII.I. The Member acknowledges:

  1. The ID is private membership identification only

  2. It is not government-issued

  3. It does not replace legal identification

  4. It must not imply official authority



VIII. NON-COMMERCIAL DRIVER STATUS

VIII.I. Any designation such as “Non-Commercial Driver Status”:

  1. Is internal only

  2. Does not grant legal driving privileges

  3. Does not replace a driver’s license



IX. PRIVATE SECURITY AGREEMENT

IX.I. The Member agrees:

  1. Not to alter documents

  2. Not to duplicate without authorization

  3. Not to misuse identification

IX.II. All documents:

  1. Remain property of the Association

  2. May be revoked



X. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

X.I. The following are proprietary:

  1. Freedom Private ID

  2. Freedom Private ID PMA

  3. Freedom Sovereign Private Structure



XI. COPYRIGHT

XII. USE LIMITATIONS

XII.I. The Member agrees NOT to:

  1. Misrepresent documents

  2. Use unlawfully

  3. Claim unauthorized authority



XIII. NO GOVERNMENT SUBSTITUTION

XIII.I. The Association:

  1. Is not a government entity

  2. Does not replace public law

  3. Does not grant legal status



XIV. PRINCIPLES

XIV.I. The Association operates under:

  1. Freedom of association

  2. Private contract principles

  3. Respect for individual rights



XV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

XV.I. The Association:

  1. Does not guarantee acceptance

  2. Is not responsible for misuse

  3. Operates in good faith



XVI. FEES

XVI.I. Fees:

  1. May apply

  2. Are disclosed separately

  3. Are subject to change



XVII. TERM

XVIII. TERMINATION

XVIII.I. The Association may:

  1. Revoke membership

  2. Suspend services

  3. Require return of documents



XIX. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Private resolution first

  2. Then applicable civil law

XXI.I. The Association:

  1. Protects member data

  2. Maintains internal records

XXIII. SEVERABILITY

XXIII.I.

If any clause is invalid, the rest remains valid.



XXIV. AMENDMENTS

XXIV.I.

The Association may update:

  1. Terms

  2. Policies

  3. Structure

XXV.I. AVAILABILITY

Services are available exclusively to Members.

XXV.II. TYPES OF SERVICES

The Association may issue:

  1. Private Non-Commercial Driver Identification

  2. Private Membership Identification Card

  3. Travel Identification Book

  4. Traveler Identification Card

  5. Premium Membership Package



XXV.III. NATURE OF SERVICES

All documents:

  1. Are private

  2. Are non-governmental

  3. Are for internal use only

XXVI.II.

Misuse may result in:

  1. Revocation

  1. Does not grant legal authority

  2. Does not override public law



XXVII. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

XXVII.I. The Member confirms:

  1. Understanding

  2. Voluntary participation

  3. Acceptance of all terms
