TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(Private Membership Services Agreement)
📜 PREAMBLE
We, the voluntary Members of the FREEDOM SOVEREIGN UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION, acting under the natural rights retained by free people, and recognizing the constitutional protections secured under the Constitution of the United States of America — including, but not limited to, the rights of private contract, freedom of association, freedom of religion, freedom of movement, privacy, and peaceful assembly — do hereby establish this Private Membership Association (“PMA”) for lawful private purposes.
This Association exists as a voluntary and unincorporated private body formed by mutual agreement among its Members, operating within the protected sphere of private association recognized under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, as well as long-established principles of common law, equity, trust law, and private contract jurisprudence.
The Members affirm that the right of individuals to privately associate, contract, exchange services, maintain records, and govern their internal affairs without unnecessary public interference constitutes a fundamental liberty preserved by constitutional tradition and protected legal doctrine.
Accordingly, all participation within this Association is understood to be:

• voluntary in nature;

• private and contractual;

• non-governmental;

• ecclesiastical and associational where applicable; and

• governed by the mutually agreed terms herein established.

Nothing contained within these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating or implying governmental authority, sovereign immunity, citizenship documentation, diplomatic recognition, legal residency, or public identification status. All services, records, and instruments issued by the Association are intended solely for private membership administration and internal associational purposes.
By entering into membership, each Member knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily agrees to conduct themselves in honor, good faith, lawful intent, and mutual respect for the rights and liberties of fellow Members and the Association itself.
📜 I. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services provided by:
FREEDOM PRIVATE ID PMA, an Unincorporated Private Membership Association
(hereinafter referred to as the “Association”).
I.II.
By applying for or participating in membership, the individual agrees to:

• Be bound by these Terms

• Act within the scope of private membership

• Comply with all internal policies

👤 II. ELIGIBILITY

II.I.

To participate, an individual must:

• Apply voluntarily

• Provide accurate information

• Accept private membership status

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or participate through a parent, legal guardian, or authorized tutor acting on their behalf where permitted by applicable law

🔐 III. NATURE OF MEMBERSHIP
III.I.
Membership is:

• Private

• Voluntary

• Contractual

III.II.
Membership does not create:

• Employment relationship

• Government-recognized identity

• Legal residency or status

🧾 IV. SERVICES PROVIDED
IV.I.
The Association may offer:

• Private identification issuance

• Internal recordkeeping

• Membership support

• Informational and consulting services

IV.II.
All services are:

• Non-governmental

• Administrative

• Internal to the Association

🪪 V. IDENTIFICATION SERVICES
V.I.
The Association may issue:

• Private Identification Card

• Freedom Identification Number (FID)

• Travel Identification Book

• Traveler Identification Card

• Private Non-Commercial Driver Identification

V.II.
These documents:

• Are private

• Are not government-issued

• Do not replace official identification

The Member acknowledges:

• All documents are for private use only

• They do not grant legal authority

• They must not be used as official identification

🔒 VII. USE RESTRICTIONS
VII.I.
Members agree NOT to:

• Misrepresent documents

• Use services for unlawful purposes

• Claim authority not granted

🛡️ VIII. SECURITY AND DOCUMENT CONTROL
VIII.I.
All issued documents:

• Remain property of the Association

• May not be altered or duplicated

• May be revoked at any time

💰 IX. FEES
IX.I.

• Membership and services may require fees

• Fees are provided separately

• Fees are subject to change

⏳ X. TERM AND VALIDITY
X.I.

• Membership has a defined duration

• Renewal may be required

• Expired memberships lose access to services

The Association may:

• Suspend membership

• Revoke identification

• Terminate access to services

⚖️ XII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
XII.I.
The Association:

• Does not guarantee third-party acceptance

• Is not responsible for misuse

• Provides services in good faith

🔐 XIII. DATA PRIVACY
XIII.I.
The Association:

• Maintains private records

• Protects member information

• Uses data internally only

⚖️ XIV. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
XIV.I.

• Disputes shall first be resolved privately

• If necessary, through applicable civil law

🌐 XV. GOVERNING LAW
XV.I.
These Terms shall be governed by:

• Applicable private contract principles

• Relevant common law doctrines

• The lawful jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by the Association and its Members

🔄 XVI. MODIFICATIONS
XVI.I.
The Association reserves the right to:

• Update Terms and Conditions

• Modify services

• Adjust policies

📜 XVII. ACCEPTANCE
XVII.I.
By participating, the Member confirms:

• Full understanding

• Voluntary agreement

• Acceptance of all terms

XVII.II.
The Member further acknowledges that participation within the Association constitutes a private contractual relationship entered knowingly and voluntarily, free from coercion, and governed by the principles of good faith, honor, equity, and lawful private association.
